About the Role

As the Assistant Boutique Manager, you'll work closely with the Boutique Manager to lead a passionate retail team, drive sales performance, and uphold the elevated customer experience synonymous with the brand. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who's previously worked as a strong 3IC or supervisor and is ready to step up.

You'll be expected to take ownership of floor operations, coaching team members, and supporting daily business goals. A background in luxury or premium fashion-particularly ready-to-wear-is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and team management
  • Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences in line with luxury service standards
  • Monitor KPIs, drive sales, and achieve store targets
  • Support with visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Manage stock and ensure compliance with company procedures
About You
  • Leadership experience in fashion retail (ASM, Senior Sales, or 3IC level)
  • Background in premium or luxury ready-to-wear fashion preferred
  • Results-driven and commercially minded
  • A hands-on leader with a passion for team development
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Available to work Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday Roster
