Job summary

NobleOak Life Limited is seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to join the Finance team on a full-time permanent basis. Reporting to the Senior Management Accountant, you’ll support month-end activities, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.

You’ll prepare management reports (Power BI), monitor project costs and assist with audits, driving process improvements that support informed business decisions across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' accounting experience.
• Degree qualifications in Accounting or a related discipline.
• Studying towards CPA, or intending to commence CPA journey.
• Strong accounting knowledge including accruals, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience using financial systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a similar ERP platform.
• Exposure to Power BI reporting and analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

The Role:

We are seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to join our Finance team on a full-time permanent basis.

Reporting to the Senior Management Accountant, you'll play an important role in supporting month-end activities, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. Working closely with Finance and business stakeholders, you'll help deliver accurate reporting, cost insights and process improvements that support informed business decision-making.

About You:

To be successful, you'll have:
