NSW Health in Urana is seeking an experienced Assistant in Nursing to join our frontline team delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients and their families.
As the Assistant in Nursing, you will provide person-centred, evidence-based care in line with standards, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes, and participate in continuous quality improvement to support safety and learning. This permanent role in Urana offers incentives and flexible hours.
* This position qualifies for incentives under the NSW Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme, including up to $20,000 sign on incentive, and up to $10,000 each year (incentive value dependent on full-time equivalent, position and location).
