About the role

Applications are invited from Assistants in Nursing with Hospital experience to join our dynamic team. You will be a part of a highly dedicated team that provides the best patient-centred care for our Palliative Care patients.

These casual opportunities will be in our Palliative Care ward at Neringah Hospital at Wahroonga.

About you

• At least one year’s relevant hospital experience, or a second-year student in Bachelor of Nursing with at least one Clinical Placement and a desire to work in a Palliative Care ward.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Computer literacy with email and an electronic patient record system
• Time management skills and ability to prioritise competing workloads within a complex environment
