At Accor Vacation Club, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Hotel Manager to join our team in Basildene Manor, Margaret River. This is a fantastic ‘hands on’ opportunity for a professional with proven operational knowledge and experience as well as the ability to effectively interact with and service guests.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

  • The demonstrated ability to lead and support a team
  • The drive and passion to provide outstanding customer service
  • The ability to act as a true brand ambassador as you train the team to deliver the highest quality of service
  • Strong business awareness and a working understanding of hotel operations
  • First aid and RSA certification, or be willing to obtain
  • Experience within a supervisory role within Hospitality/Tourism
  • A working knowledge of PMS Merlin or similar advantageous

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Leading the Front Office team to provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage the day-to-day operations in line with budget guidelines
  • Complete daily and monthly reports as required
  • Proactively work towards increasing guest satisfaction scores, revenue and employee engagement
  • Play an active role in on boarding, training and development of Front Office colleagues
  • Ensure the wellbeing and safety of guests and colleagues acting as the emergency warden
