Oaks Adelaide Embassy Suites is seeking an experienced Assistant Hotel Manager to support the Hotel Manager and oversee daily operations. You will lead front office, housekeeping, and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction and drive property performance.

This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and a passion for hospitality. You will participate in rostering, training, and performance management while upholding brand standards and safety policies on varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel supervisory or assistant management role.
• Strong leadership with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction and team development.
• Ability to work across varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Knowledge of hotel systems (Opera/Fidelio or similar) is highly regarded.

About the Role:
