Job summary

Mount St Benedict College invites applications for a permanent full-time Assistant Head of Department in the Science Faculty, commencing Term 1, 2027. The role supports the Head of Department in curriculum development and the quality of teaching and learning for each student.

Applicants should have relevant science teaching qualifications, Physics experience, NESA registration, a Working with Children Check, leadership capability (or working towards it), and familiarity with the Good Samaritan

The College is looking for applicants to join our Science Faculty as a permanent full time Assistant Head of Department, commencing Term 1, 2027. The Assistant Head of Department will assist the Head of Department in the ongoing development and supervision of the curriculum and the quality of teaching and learning that is provided for each student.

• Relevant teaching qualifications in Science
• Previous experience teaching Physics
