Job summary

Nike Retail in Sydney is seeking an Assistant Head Coach to lead a large store team, drive service excellence, and translate brand energy into everyday shopper experiences. You will work closely with the Head Coach to develop staff, manage stock and scheduling, and deliver outstanding results.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a large retail team including stock management, logistics, rostering, development and coaching.
• Strong strategic, problem solving and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.

• Proficient in computer systems and store tech.
