Job summary

G8 Education's Duke Street Children's Centre in Victoria is seeking an Assistant Educator for a full-time role (38 hours per week) to join a supportive team of qualified early childhood professionals. You will help create an outstanding learning environment for children aged 0–5, with a strong focus on safety and well-being.

You will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services, understand EYLF and NQS, and have WWC and First Aid.

Qualifications

• Hold an ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services.
• Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (0–5 years).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A current Working with Children Check.
• First Aid certificate.

This role is Full-Time working 38 hours per week.

About Us

Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities.

At capacity our centre caters for up to 65children with operating hours from 6:30am to 6:30pm.

About You
