Job summary

Great Beginnings Curlewis, operated by G8 Education Limited, is seeking an Assistant Educator to join our supportive team. You will help create an outstanding learning environment for children aged 0–5, supporting both indoor and outdoor play and learning experiences.

The role is full-time (38 hours/week) with weekly payroll, and above award wages. Our centre operates 6:30am–6:30pm, catering to up to 93 children.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma in Children’s Services
• Understanding of EYLF and NQS
• Proven educator experience in early childhood (0–5 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Current Working with Children Check
• First Aid certificate

At capacity our centre caters for up to 93 children with operating hours from 6.30am-6.30pm.

About You

• You will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A current Working with Children Check
• First Aid certificate
