Job summary

G8 Education is seeking an experienced Assistant Educator to join Community Kids Empire Bay on a part-time basis (25 hours per week). You will support qualified Early Childhood professionals in delivering a nurturing, engaging learning environment for children aged 0-5, with opportunities to develop your career within our nationwide network.

The ideal candidate holds an ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services, understands EYLF and NQS, and has Working with Children

Community Kids Empire Bay is offering an exceptional candidate an Assistant Educator role within our fun-loving, supportive team. You will be a passionate, dedicated professional who strives to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children.

This role is Part-Time working 25 hours per week.

About Us

Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities.

At capacity our centre caters for up to 75 children with operating hours from 7am to 6pm.

About You

• You will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services
• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skillsA current Working with Children Check
• First Aid certificate
