A healthcare provider is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to lead clinical and operational practices. Responsibilities include supporting patient flow and managing after-hours emergencies. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills and have practical experience in human resource management. This is a casual opportunity based at Albury Hospital, with a commitment to professional growth and comprehensive training.
The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) is part of the health care team and utilises the practice of nursing to provide leadership and management that promotes, develops and supports clinical and professional practice, patient flow and access and emergency management in the after-hours periods.
