The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) is part of the health care team and utilises the practice of nursing to provide leadership and management that promotes, develops and supports clinical and professional practice, patient flow and access and emergency management in the after-hours periods.

Candidates meeting the following criteria are welcome to apply.

  • Demonstrated clinical and operational leadership
  • Highly developed communication and negotiation skills.
  • Practical knowledge of current human resource management and industrial relations
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in an environment reflecting significant change
