Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR) is seeking an Executive Level 1 leader to guide implementation activities and provide strategic advice to advance the National Agreement on Closing the Gap.

The role requires driving innovative, evidence-based reform in collaboration with DEWR business units and stakeholders, while embedding priority reforms and ensuring strong governance and reporting practices.

Responsibilities

• Leading implementation activities and providing strategic advice to support DEWR's commitments toward the National Agreement on Closing the Gap.
• Inspiring and challenging DEWR business units to critically assess their approaches and drive innovative solutions in partnership with First Nations stakeholders.
• Leading monitoring, evaluation and reporting activities, including governance reporting and briefs.
