Details: Archives ACT is seeking a motivated and capable Assistant Director, Access and Mail Servicesto lead the Public Access, Digitisation and ACT Government Mailroom teams.
This role is responsible for managing public access to the ACT's historical government records, delivering digitisation programs that improve preservation and accessibility, and ensuring efficient, secure and timely mail services across the ACT Government. You will provide operational leadership, drive service improvements, and build strong stakeholder relationships while supporting high-quality services for government and the community.

Notes: This is a temporary position available immediately for a period of six months with the possibility of extension up to 12 months and/or permanency. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only. An order of merit will be established from this selection process and may be used to fill future identical vacancies over the next 12 months.
Note: Under the ACTPS employment framework you may be placed in another role where required for the efficient administration of the service.
