Woolworths Group in New South Wales is seeking an Assistant Department Manager to lead store operations and deliver a consistently great shopping experience for customers. Working within the Store Leadership Pathway, you’ll learn key leadership skills and department capabilities to support your growth.

You’ll contribute to day-to-day store functions, collaborate across teams, and help create a welcoming, safe and high-performing workplace.

• Make safety a top priority for team and customers by ensuring correct processes are followed in store.
