Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Sydney is looking for a Property Management Assistant to support the management of a large commercial property portfolio. This role involves liaising between landlords and tenants, coordinating inspections, and learning the ins and outs of property management from a senior team. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management and a current Certificate of Registration. Competitive salary of up to $85k offered.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting the management of a 200+ commercial property portfolio
  • Liaising with both landlords and tenants
  • Coordinating repairs, inspections, and lease renewals
  • Assisting with rent reviews and lease documentation
  • Learning the ins and outs of commercial property management from a hands-on senior team
  • Playing a key role in a collaborative and growth-focused office
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in property management (residential or commercial – commercial preferred)
  • Current Certificate of Registration (COR)
  • Driver’s license and reliable car
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A can-do attitude and desire to grow long-term in the commercial space
