Centre culture emphasizes growth, development, and strong partnerships with families. The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood, with EYLF/NQS literacy, and a proven Educator background.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Children’s Services approved by ACECQA or equivalent
• Understanding of EYLF and NQS frameworks
• Experience as an educator in a 0–5 year old Early Childhood service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Current Working with Children Check
• First Aid certificate
