Great Beginnings Epsom, part of G8 Education Ltd, invites an Assistant Centre Manager to join our 92-child service in Victoria. You will support daily operations and help sustain an outstanding learning environment based on EYLF and NQS.

The role requires an ACECQA approved Diploma in Children’s Services, strong communication, and a current Working with Children Check. We offer flexible work arrangements, staff development, health benefits, and access to G8's network of 400+ centres.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Diploma in Children’s Services.
• Understanding of EYLF and NQS.
• Proven experience in early childhood services (0–5 years).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• First Aid certificate.

Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Manager in daily operations.
• Maintain a stimulating and safe learning environment.
• Coordinate programs and support staff and families.
• Contribute to achieving high-quality learning outcomes.
