Job summary

MECCA in Australia’s Victoria seeks an Assistant Brand Manager to support skincare brands, launches, and performance. You will work with ANZ brand partners and internal teams to coordinate product setup, ranging and commercial activity.

You will build relationships with brand partners, manage collateral, and help deliver commercial objectives while improving processes and efficiency across the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, coordination, retail or merchandising.
• Affinit y with cosmetics and customer focus.
• Strong communication and process-improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage product setup, data accuracy and brand ranging across channels.
• Partner with Brand Managers and cross-functional teams on launches, campaigns and store planning.
• Build relationships with brand partners, coordinating information, reviews and brand visits.
• Coordinate collateral like testers, samples, merch and PR stock for launches.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver commercial objectives and streamline processes.
