• Financial Reporting & Month-End Support – Support month-end close activities through the preparation, validation and analysis of financial information, ensuring accurate reporting, reconciliations and timely delivery of business-critical reporting requirements.
• Fleet Management & Commercial Analysis – Provide reporting, administration and analytical support for fleet operations, partnering with internal stakeholders and external providers to drive efficiency, value and commercial outcomes.
• Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships across stores, support office functions and finance teams to gather information, coordinate activities and ensure effective communication across the business.
• Financial Compliance & Continuous Improvement – Support audit activities, ad hoc reporting and process improvement initiatives while maintaining accuracy, prioritising competing demands and contributing to overall team effectiveness.

About You…

• Solid Finance Foundations – Previous experience in an Assistant Accountant or similar finance role, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and processes.
• Month-End Reporting Expertise – Exposure to month-end activities, financial reporting requirements and tight reporting deadlines.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Strong reconciliation, reporting and analytical capabilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excel & Data Management Excellence – Advanced Excel skills and the ability to manipulate, analyse and interpret large data sets.
• Data-Driven Mindset – Comfortable working with complex information and transforming data into meaningful insights.
• Relationship-Building Strengths – Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders while building strong working relationships.
