Qualifications

• 3+ years' accounting experience with core processes.
• Hands-on, practical approach across the finance function.
• Excellent attention to detail and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Complete bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end accounting and reporting.
• Prepare journals and other financial accounting tasks.
• Assist with BAS and FBT preparation.
• Support the annual audit with samples and documentation.
• Provide support across accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Maintain accurate, complete financial records.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects.

What You'll Be Doing

• Completing bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Assisting with month-end accounting and reporting
• Preparing journals and other financial accounting tasks

• Supporting the annual audit, including audit samples and supporting documentation
• Providing support across accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Keeping financial records accurate, complete and up to date
• Identifying opportunities to improve finance processes

About You

• 3+ years' accounting experience with a strong grasp of core accounting processes
• A hands-on, practical approach and a willingness to get involved across the finance function
• Strong attention to detail and ownership of your work
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive and curious, with a genuine interest in how things can be done better
• Pronto ERP experience will be highly regarded
