Job summary

Streamline Insurance Pty Ltd – Ballarat VIC is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to support a senior broker in managing client portfolios and coordinating insurance tasks. The role offers exposure to a broad range of products and industries within a supportive, professional environment.

You will help prepare quotes and renewals, liaise with insurers, and ensure timely service across client records, documentation, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, administration, or a client service role (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Tier 1 qualification (or willingness to obtain).

• Supporting in the day-to-day management of client portfolios.
• Responding to client enquiries and providing ongoing service support.
• Processing endorsements, certificates of currency, and policy updates.
• Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
• Assisting with claims coordination and follow-up as required.
• General administration duties.
