Provide high-level administrative support to the Assets Team.
Maintain asset registers, records, schedules and management systems.
Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities across Council assets.
Support Council's leasing and licensing portfolio through administration and stakeholder liaison.
Raise purchase requisitions, coordinate invoices and assist with procurement processes.
Prepare and maintain asset reports, performance data and compliance records.
Assist with asset planning, governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
We need someone who shares our values of One, Respect, Accountability, Courage, and Resilience. Ideally, you will have:
Experience in an administrative or asset/facilities support role.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Well-developed communication and customer service skills.
Experience using Microsoft Office and business management systems (experience with TechnologyOne, NAMS+, ECM or similar is desirable).
The ability to work collaboratively while managing competing deadlines.
The preferred applicant will require a National Police Certificate upon commencement.
