Job summary

Noosa Council, based on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, is offering a 12-month temporary Asset Systems Officer role. You will administer and configure asset management systems, provide user training and technical support, maintain data quality and reporting, and assist with system integrations and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will collaborate across the organisation to support informed decision-making and asset management outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience administering and supporting asset management systems (Technology One T1 Works and Assets preferred).
• Data validation, QA and reporting experience.
• Strong GIS integrations and cloud-based solutions experience.
• Effective trainer and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure and maintain Council's Technology One (T1) Works and Assets system and related asset management applications.
• Provide system support, training and guidance to users, ensuring consistent asset data collection and management practices.
• Perform regular data validation activities, investigate data discrepancies and produce reports to ensure data accuracy and consistency across Council.
• Support development, integration and GIS interfaces to improve asset planning, maintenance and operational outcomes.
