Job summary

Aurizon is seeking an Asset Systems Leader to shape asset management across the above-rail fleet, leading development, optimisation and evolution of asset management systems, data and digital capabilities.

Reporting to the Integration, Strategy & Reliability Engineering Manager, you will drive strategic roadmaps, unlock advanced analytics, deploy digital solutions and partner with stakeholders to embed future-ready systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management, maintenance strategy or reliability engineering.
• Strong understanding of asset information management and data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to lead strategic change and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic asset systems roadmap for asset management, maintenance and locomotive telemetry.
• Drive integration of asset, maintenance and operational datasets for advanced analytics.
• Identify and deploy emerging technologies and predictive capabilities to improve asset performance.
• Provide strategic leadership on asset information management, system architecture and data governance.
• Partner with operational, engineering and technology stakeholders to embed future-ready systems.
• Lead deployment and uplift of digital asset management capability across reliability, maintenance and operations.
