Service Stream seeks an Asset and Optimisation Analyst to standardise data practices and turn asset information into actionable insights. You will support AI-driven initiatives and dashboards to guide asset management decisions across the Transport division.

The role embraces hybrid work and collaboration with a nationally dispersed team, including Melbourne and Fortitude Valley offices, with a focus on data quality and value realisation.

Qualifications

• Experience converting asset or operational data into decision-ready insights (ideally within civil infrastructure, construction, utilities or similar field-service environment).
• Knowledge of data lifecycle, data quality, governance and visualisation.
• Working knowledge of AI concepts. Experience supporting AI, machine-learning, predictive analytics or intelligent automation initiatives would be highly desirable.
• Enterprise asset management or work management system experience.
• Power BI, SQL, Python, QGIS, Power Platform or cloud data exposure.
• Understanding of ISO 55001, lifecycle planning and risk-based prioritisation.
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Asset Management, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Asset and operational insights — convert asset and maintenance data into actionable insights by analyzing performance, condition, risk and cost trends.
• Data quality and value realisation — improve data quality and outcomes by cleansing and validating datasets, addressing root-cause issues and measuring quality.
• Artificial intelligence support and development — identify and implement practical use cases, contribute to analytics tools, promote responsible AI governance.
