Job summary

Boral Asphalt is seeking a leader to own the safety, reliability and performance of our asphalt plants, mobile plant and fleet. You will guide our planners, fitters and plant supervisors to keep assets Safe, Compliant, Reliable and Optimised.

You will run maintenance programs, manage regional budgets and ensure audit readiness across sites. Regular travel and after-hours site attendance may be required, with a focus on reducing breakdowns and boosting output and quality.

Qualifications

• Trade or engineering qualification required.
• Experience managing mobile and fixed plant.
• Experience leading maintenance or workshop teams.
• Maintenance systems and planning know-how.
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Champion Zero Harm in every workshop and plant.
• Run maintenance programs that cut unplanned breakdowns.
• Lift plant output, quality and cost per tonne.
• Manage the regional maintenance and capital budgets.
• Keep all plant compliant and audit-ready.
