The City of Stonnington is seeking a motivated professional to support the Drainage & Development team within the Asset Management Department. You will help deliver key drainage and asset management functions, working across the council to achieve outcomes.

Responsibilities include prioritizing hydrant relocation, improving street lighting processes, and managing data in GIS and asset systems. A Civil Engineering background is advantageous, with a focus on continuous improvement and KPI delivery.

Competenze

• Understanding of LPD processes and discharge determinations.
• Ability to develop prioritized programs and manage budgets for drainage works.
• Proficiency with asset management data cleansing and GIS data updates.
• Experience with National Heavy Vehicle Register applications.

Mansioni

• High risk hydrant relocation/undergrounding: develop a prioritized program, implement works and assist budget.
• Review public lighting and implement changes based on customer requests, and manage budgets.
• Provide LPDs to meet statutory timelines with continuous improvement.
• Maintain asset information in asset management system and GIS to keep data current and accurate.
• Assist with Asset Planning for Drainage and the continuous improvement program.
• Contribute to achieving KPIs and support the Drainage & Development team.
• Process National Heavy Vehicle Register applications with related teams.
