This role is responsible for leading the uplift of asset management capability and assurance across V/Line. You will maintain our ISO 55001-certified Asset Management System, support Asset Management Accountability Framework (AMAF) compliance, and drive continuous improvement through maturity assessments, audits and capability programs. You’ll work closely with teams across the business to embed asset management principles, identify capability needs and support others to strengthen how assets are planned, managed and reported.

You enjoy working with others to solve problems, share knowledge and build confidence in asset management practices. You bring clarity to complex systems and are committed to supporting long-term performance and compliance through practical, people-focused solutions.
