Job summary
UGL is seeking an experienced Integrity Engineer to join our Fuels, Refining & Engineering team in Melbourne’s Southbank. You will ensure the integrity, reliability and compliance of critical assets across multi-site industrial environments, working with clients and operations teams to deliver safe, efficient performance.
In this role you will develop and optimise inspection and maintenance programs, lead tank turnarounds and inspections, and analyse data to identify risks and propose practical
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in integrity engineering, asset management, maintenance or reliability engineering in industrial environments.
- Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and inspection programs.
- Understanding of Australian and international mechanical integrity standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct integrity assessments, risk reviews and asset condition evaluations.
- Develop and optimise inspection, maintenance and asset integrity programs across multiple sites.
- Lead or support tank turnarounds and off-stream inspections in line with standards.
- Analyse inspection, maintenance and performance data to identify integrity risks and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with clients and operations teams to improve reliability and regulatory compliance.
