Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking an Asset Information Management Lead for the Wave Stage 1 project on the Sunshine Coast, Australia. You will bridge engineering, construction, digital delivery and operational asset management to create a single source of truth for project information via RIB CX, enabling a clean digital handover to Queensland Rail's asset management system.

Project Info:

The Wave Stage 1 will deliver 19km of dual-track heavy passenger rail between Beerwah and Caloundra, a legacy project for the Sunshine Coast. ACCIONA leads the CoastalTraX consortium, alongside Georgiou, Mott MacDonald and Aurecon delivering the greenfield works ahead of Brisbane 2032.

About the Opportunity:

As Asset Information Management Lead, you'll bridge engineering, construction, digital delivery and operational asset management for the project. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you'll build a single source of truth for project and operational information through RIB CX, enabling a clean digital handover to Queensland Rail's asset management system. It's a rare chance to shape the digital foundations of a rail project from inception through to operations.
