Job summary

Government client (agency undisclosed) is seeking a professional to undertake audits and condition assessments across a portfolio of assets and sites. The role supports maintenance planning and informed investment decisions.

You will work with internal teams to identify maintenance needs, document asset conditions, and prepare clear audit findings and reports for stakeholders across sites.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Relevant qualifications, trade background, or demonstrated experience in construction, building inspection, asset maintenance or related field.
• Experience undertaking condition assessments, asset inspections or audit-based programs.
