Job summary

Blaze Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Assembly Line Leader in Dandenong South, Melbourne to oversee a busy cabinet and timber furniture operation. This hands-on, fast-paced role requires meticulous attention to detail and a proven track record in timber products.

You will operate a 3-axis CNC machine, mentor the team, maintain a safe and tidy site, and communicate progress and risks to management to ensure daily production targets are met.

• Working collaboratively to meet production deadlines and targets.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Cabinet making or furniture making experience (essential).


• PPE, including high-visibility vest and steel-capped footwear.


• Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills.


• Full work rights and availability to work Monday to Friday.


• A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence for travel to and from work.
