Candidate should have mechanical aptitude, experience in production, and the ability to read instructions while working well as part of a team. Safety and quality are required in daily duties.

The role

Based at our Tullamarine branch, this is a hands‑on role where you will be working with a diverse range of people to meet SEW's high standards and customer requirements. You will be responsible for:

• Assembling and maintaining mechanical gear boxes and geared motors
• Ensuring the work environment is kept clean and safety is upheld at all times
• Maintaining a high standard of work
• Adheres to Quality Assurance and OHS standards

About you

• Ideally have experience in a production process environment
• Experience in working with gear motors is desirable
• Have a mechanical aptitude
• Have the ability to read and understand instructions
• Experience and ability to work with hand toolsAbility to work effectively as a team player as well as independently
• High attention to detail
• A positive attitude to safety
