Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc is seeking an Associate Store Leader to support daily store operations, lead on-shift duties and grow into Store Leadership with structured development and hands-on experience. You will contribute to great customer experiences through fresh food, quality coffee, and essentials, ensuring products are well-presented and ready for customers.

You’ll be responsible for supporting stock management, store standards, and safety procedures while working independently to keep operations

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer service environments.
• Desire to grow into leadership.
• Strong communication and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Confidence in working independently.
• Experience with security procedures (CCTV, alarms) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the store.
• Lead shifts when required and step up when the Store Manager is away.
• Deliver great customer service and store standards.
• Help manage stock, product availability, fresh food and store presentation.
• Work independently and keep operations running smoothly.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, compliance and food safety standards.
