Job summary

Skechers Australia & New Zealand is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Jindalee store. You will work alongside the Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach your team, and help drive store success in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll be an emerging retail leader who thrives on performance, customer experience and leadership development opportunities within Accent Group. A 40% team discount applies across Accent Group brands, with a Sunday to Thursday roster and monthly sales

Qualifications

Experience in a senior sales assistant or leadership support role (e.g., Key Holder, Supervisor, 3IC, ASM).
Proactive attitude with a strong desire to grow leadership skills.
Passion for developing the team and delivering great customer experiences.
Ability to drive sales and meet performance targets.
Familiarity with stock management, visual merchandising and retail operations.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in leading daily operations and achieving sales targets.
Inspire and guide the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Assist with visual merchandising, stock management and store presentation.
Help manage wage costs and contribute to rostering.
Mentor and coach team members to support growth and development.
Help maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
