Job summary

Kilcoy Cuisine Solutions on the Sunshine Coast seeks a Production Team Leader to support day-to-day operations, lead by example, and help meet production, quality and safety targets. You will receive hands-on training and guidance to develop leadership skills in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting.

Ideal candidates bring a pro-active attitude, strong people skills, and reliability. Prior leadership isn't required—training is provided, with a roster Mon-Fri and early shifts on offer.

Qualifications

• No prior Production Team Leader experience required; training provided.
• Must have a positive attitude, willingness to learn and reliability.
• Ability to work well with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Australian work rights and access to transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate team members across the production line.
• Organise daily production activities and allocate tasks.
• Support the team to meet daily production, quality and safety requirements.
• Monitor the production line and help resolve issues as they arise.
• Support training and induction of new team members.
• Complete production and quality checks accurately.
• Keep the production area safe, clean and organised.
• Identify opportunities to improve the way we work.
• Work closely with other departments to keep production running smoothly.
