Simplot is seeking an experienced Demand Planner to join our Mentone team on a permanent full-time basis. You will own end-to-end forecasting, working with Sales, Supply Planning, Customer Experience and Finance to align demand with commercial goals and operational capabilities.

You will translate market dynamics, promotions and customer signals into actionable plans, using data-led insights to drive forecast accuracy and reduce bias while supporting business performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning or a related discipline.
• Strong forecasting and demand analytics capability, including experience using statistical forecasting methodologies.
• Experience using planning systems such as SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, Blueshift, Logility or similar.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts aligned to business objectives.
• Partner with Sales, Supply Planning, Customer Experience and Finance to build a single view of demand.
• Translate promotional activity and customer insights into actionable demand plans.
• Monitor forecast performance, identify risks and opportunities, and improve forecast accuracy.
