Job summary

RFD Asphalt on the Sunshine Coast is seeking experienced asphalt workers for steady work, good pay, and regular overtime. Qualifications

• Asphalt experience (labourer, operator, or leading hand) required.
• Construction White Card or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong work ethic and safety-first mindset.
• Reliable and able to work in a team.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions.

Responsibilities

• Asphalt laying, raking, shovelling and clean-up.
• Operating rollers, pavers (levels and steer), skid steers (where qualified).
• Working around milling machines, pavers and rollers.
• Loading and securing equipment and materials.
• Maintaining safe, clean and efficient sites.
