Job summary

The SA Housing Trust is seeking a Program Coordinator in Adelaide to coordinate and administer maintenance programs and projects within Property Services, Maintenance and Renovations. You will support the Project Manager and align activities with the Trust’s service values.

The role involves developing performance indicators, preparing progress reports, and briefing stakeholders on program status while managing related administrative tasks and supporting out-of-hours and travel needs as required.

Job description

The Program Coordinator is a role within Property Services, Maintenance and Renovations and is accountable to the Project Manager for undertaking coordination and administration of Maintenance programs and projects, developing and monitoring performance indicators of programs and assigned projects, preparing progress reports and briefings on programs and projects, and modelling the behaviours aligned with the service values of the SA Housing Trust (the Trust).

Special Conditions

• Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed.
• The successful applicant may be required to hold a current Australian issued Drivers Licence, which must be maintained.
• Some out of hours work may be required.
• Some intrastate travel, necessitating overnight stays may be required.

Role Status

Short term contract up to 30 June 2027.
