Job summary

CSL Ltd at Broadmeadows is seeking Aseptic Filling Technicians to join the Filling department and support the weekly production schedule in a 24/7 manufacturing facility.

These roles require strict gowning, adherence to GMP, and a strong focus on safety, quality and teamwork in a busy production environment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures
• Experience working in a busy, dynamic team environment with a range of diverse stakeholders
• Previous work experience in aseptic filling, laboratory, or manufacturing settings would be highly regarded
• TAFE or degree qualification is desirable but not essential to be successful in this role
• A self-starter with a strong focus on safety, quality, details and performance, coupled with a strong desire to learn, succeed and excel
• A team player with proven problem-solving, demonstrated initiative and good communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to co-ordinate project activities and liaise across functional groups to meet project targets and objectives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

CSL Ltd, an ASX Top 5 company and Australia's largest biotech, is undergoing significant growth across all areas of our organisation. We have several openings for Aseptic Filling Technicians to join our team at our CSL Behring manufacturing site at Broadmeadows.

Working at our site in Broadmeadows, you will play an important part in helping people with life-threatening illnesses live a full life. These positions are in our Filling department (Turner Filling), where we are committed to building aseptic excellence in every aspect of our operations.

Reporting to the Filling Coordinator, you will work in a safe, GMP-compliant, and cost-efficient manner to ensure operations are integrated and aligned with the CSL Behring Broadmeadows site strategies and procedures.

These roles are full-time, permanent opportunities.

Please Note:

This position is withing a 24/7 manufacturing facility.

These positions involve regular manual handling, prolonged periods of standing, and repetitive physical tasks.
