CSL Ltd in Broadmeadows is hiring Aseptic Filling Technicians to join the Filling department at the CSL Behring manufacturing site. This full-time permanent role supports the weekly manufacturing schedule in a 24/7 facility, with a focus on aseptic excellence and GMP compliance.

Reporting to the Filling Coordinator, you will work safely within gowning requirements and contribute to continuous improvement in quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in aseptic filling, laboratory, or manufacturing environments would be highly regarded.
• TAFE or degree qualification is desirable but not essential to be successful in this role.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, details and performance with a desire to learn, succeed and excel.

Responsabilités

• Help develop and implement corrective actions where needed to improve the team's performance goals
• Build professional relationships with your team to meet the team's weekly scheduled deliverables

• Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to produce products safely and with the highest quality standards

Working at our site in Broadmeadows, you will play an important part in helping people with life-threatening illnesses live a full life. These positions are in ourFilling department (Turner Filling), where we are committed to building aseptic excellencein every aspect of our operations.

Reporting to the Filling Coordinator, you will work in a safe, GMP-compliant, and cost-efficient manner to ensure operations are integrated and aligned with the CSL Behring Broadmeadows site strategies and procedures.

These roles are full-time, permanent opportunities.

Please Note: This position is withing a 24/7 manufacturing facility.

These positions involve regular manual handling, prolonged periods of standing, and repetitive physical tasks.

The Role

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures
• Experience working in a busy, dynamic team environment with a range of diverse stakeholders
• Previous work experience in aseptic filling, laboratory, or manufacturing settings would be highly regarded
• TAFE or degree qualification is desirable but not essential to be successful in this role
• A self-starter with a strong focus on safety, quality, details and performance, coupled with a strong desire to learn, succeed and excel
• A team player with proven problem-solving, demonstrated initiative and good communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to co-ordinate project activities and liaise across functional groups to meet project targets and objectives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
