Townsville Catholic Education in Mount Isa seeks an experienced Arts and Technologies Curriculum Leader for a full-time, fixed-term 3-year appointment as a Middle Leader. The role focuses on leading teaching and learning, human leadership, and strategic leadership within a Catholic context.

Registered teachers with the Queensland College of Teachers, with strong Arts background and knowledge of the Australian Curriculum and QCAA requirements, will drive collaboration and data-informed

Qualifications

• Must be a registered teacher with the Queensland College of Teachers.
• Extensive classroom experience in the Arts.
• Deep understanding of the Australian Curriculum and QCAA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the learning and teaching program across all levels.
• Demonstrate leadership in teaching and learning, human leadership and strategic leadership.
• Mentor staff, build collaborative teams and translate data into meaningful improvement.
• Model Catholic ethos and foster an inclusive, supportive environment for students and staff.
