Job summary

Stanley & Co in Redfern is seeking a passionate Colourist / Hair Stylist for a part-time role with potential to go full-time. You will perform cutting, colouring, styling and treatments while delivering a welcoming client experience and showcasing work online.

You’ll lead personalised consultations, educate clients on at-home care, and help grow the salon through social media content and premium product lines. Flexible weekly schedule and commission-based growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Hairdressing is required.
• Minimum two years of salon experience.
• Strong cutting, colouring and styling skills with an artistic eye.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert cutting, colouring, styling and treatments for every client.
• Run personalised consultations to match styles and products to hair and lifestyle.
• Educate clients on at-home care and premium products (O&M, Mr Smith).
• Capture and share your work on the salon's social media.
• Keep a clean workspace and assist bookings and stock, supporting daily operations.
• Work toward targets for service revenue, retail sales and social media content.
