Job summary

Ayers Rock Resort in Yulara, NT invites applications for an Apprentice Chef to train on site and earn a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery. You will work with qualified Chefs and study at CDU Alice Springs as part of the 3-year program, gaining hands-on experience in a busy kitchen.

Apprentice Chef to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

We are seeking passionate and committed individuals seeking to gain a Commercial Cookery Qualification to join us for their 3-year Apprenticeship. You will complete on the job training with a team of Qualified Chefs, as well as attend a series of Study Blocks at Charles Darwin University in Alice Springs to complete your Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.

• Assist in ensuring the kitchen is always maintained in a hygienic and sanitary condition.
