• Plan and scope works to client standards, delivering on time and within budget.
• Coordinate day-to-day project activities with external delivery partners.
• Monitor quality to meet contractual and client expectations.
• Track progress toward contractual KPIs.
• Build strong relationships with clients and act as main point of contact.
