Job summary

Munro Footwear Group is seeking a part-time Assistant Store Manager for Williams Coffs Plaza. You will support the Store Manager to drive sales, coach your team, and create a standout store experience.

You will be hands-on, people-focused and commercially sharp. You will lead by example, manage rosters, and ensure excellent customer service, visual merchandising, stock flow and store standards, while fostering a positive, high-energy culture.
