Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of early learning services across the Newcastle and Hunter region. You will provide operational leadership, coach Centre Managers and drive improvements in quality, compliance and performance.

You will lead strategic initiatives, manage occupancy and finances, and partner with senior leaders to deliver organisational objectives while ensuring child safety and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading multi-site early learning services or similar portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of National Quality Framework, EYLF and National Regulations.
• Experience supporting Assessment and Rating processes.
• Proven ability to coach and develop Centre Managers and leadership teams.
• Financial and operational management experience.
• Outstanding leadership and stakeholder management skills.

• Lead, coach and mentor Centre Managers and leadership teams.
• Drive continuous improvement across quality, compliance and operations.
• Support services through Assessment and Rating and Quality Improvement Plans.
• Monitor occupancy, financial performance and operational KPIs.
• Build strong relationships with families, centre teams and local communities.
• Support recruitment, workforce planning and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and National Regulations.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and child safety.
• Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic and operational objectives.
