The ideal candidate holds a Diploma of Children's Services, possesses strong leadership skills, and can manage multiple centres with a flexible, result‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Children’s Services required.
• Experience leading multiple childcare centres.
• Strong knowledge of childcare regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support multiple childcare centres across South East Queensland.
• Guide and advise centre Directors to ensure compliance and high standards.
• Develop staff through structured training programs and coaching.
• Travel as part of the role to visit and support centres.
