Job summary

MindChamps Australia seeks an Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of MindChamps centres, providing strong leadership to Centre Directors while ensuring high-quality education and compliant operations.

You will collaborate with the General Manager and HQ in Singapore to drive continuous improvement, oversee EYLF implementation, quality ratings, and workforce management under Fair Work Act and National Standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-equivalent.
• Experience managing/mentoring early childhood services to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of National Quality Framework and EYLF.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support service delivery across centres to meet quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with GM, senior leadership and HQ to plan and improve operations.
• Provide leadership and oversight to ensure compliance with NQF and regulations.
• Mentor Centre Directors and support workforce development.
